1. Money exchanged is for my time and companionship only. Anything else that might or may not occur is a matter of personal choice between two or more consenting adults of legal age and is not contracted for, nor requested to be contacted for, or compensated for in any manner.
2. For my safety verification is required, no exceptions. I will never compromise my safety or yours for any reason.
3. Please refrain from bringing any recording devices. Your date will be immediately terminated if you are caught doing so.
4. In the event that you cancel your date with less than 48-hour notice, you will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. For same date cancellations, 100% of the scheduled time will be assessed as cancellation fee as well as NO CALLS and NO SHOWS. You will not be able to book with Rossy until you satisfy the cancellation fees. Instructions will be given on how pay this fee. In the event that you shorten your date, you must pay for the time that won’t be utilized regardless of the circumstances. 
5. We understand that each encounter is unique and, that chemistry plays a big part in the companionship world. In the event that you are not satisfied with the outcome of your date, please reach out to Kate my assistant immediately. DO NOT POST REVIEWS OR NEGATIVE COMMENTS on any review site or blog until you speak to Kate my assistant. I am always happy to find ways to exceed your expectations. 
6. I love to meet friends who are perfectly groomed, with impeccable hygiene and who are chivalrous and respectful. She will be happy to let you freshen up before your date if needed.
7. For Outcalls a deposit is required.
8. If you are visiting Rossy at her upscale location (incall) please drop off the consideration/donation upon entrance on a desk or TV stand on plain site. Please note that Rossy does not provide change.  If Rossy is visiting you, please leave the consideration on the bathroom’s vanity and point her to that location.

Cancellation Policy:

Any Cancellations made with notice of 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Same day cancellations are subject to 100% fee (same for no shows or walk outs). Deposits will not be refundable unless you cancel within 24 hrs in advanced. These fees must be submitted within 48hrs. Regretfully, any clients who have unpaid fee after 48 hrs will be reported to all blacklisting sites, agencies and independent providers. By booking an appointment you agree to this policy.
